Wise post! Unfortunately, ths reminds me that during talks about the writing process on school visits - admittedly to primary schools - I don`t give enough public emphasis to rewriting myself. I love the convergence of in-person and virtual events.  It makes it much easier for busy professionals to attend events they normally would not be able to.  Do you have any inside into how the Dreamforce incorporated the virtual attendees?

I have trouble relaxing much of the time. If I get some exercise, even a walk helps, I have an easier time relaxing. If the weather is nice I find relaxing in my hammock works. I read, listen to music and nap there. If I can get to the beach or mountains relaxing is easier too. And no, I am not bothered by 2 yolk eggs.
