I AM an american citizen teaching english in taiwan and i want to come and visit India over the Asian new year holiday from approximately 1/30/2011 until 2/10/2011. i have an alien resident visa for TAIWAN but I am American with american passport ..HOW do i apply for this??

I tried the tea bags for a week. I exfoilated and used a sponge to apply. I barely got any color. I tried brewing the tea bags longer for a deeper color but that didn’t work either. I was so excited about this and now a little disappointed. Is there a way to get a darker color? I have not tried the cocoa yet.
