Worth noting is that text can only be typed inside the dedicated box provided by Macrosoft On-Screen Keyboard. In the following steps, it can be selected, copied and pasted into the field you're interested in, such as username and password of an email account in the web browser.
Unlike most virtual keyboards out there, the tool doesn't give you the possibility to type text directly in the target fields, which makes it inconvenient to use.
Evaluation and conclusion
To sum it up, Macrosoft On-Screen Keyboard offers a simple solution for using a virtual keyboard instead of a physical one. It had minimum impact on PC performance and stayed stable throughout its runtime in our tests.
On the other hand, the application doesn't implement features for typing text in other programs, which makes it difficult to handle when working with multiple tools at the same time. However, you can test it for yourself.
